STEP 1 Scan

Every strip gets a true finish date.

The scan walks each line day by day through its working-hour calendar at the line's actual rate — leftover hours in a day flow into the next order, exactly like the floor. Each strip lands in one of four states:

delayedWon't make the ship date
The simulated finish lands after the buyer's ship date.
This is your work queue. The optimizer sorts these worst-first and targets them with every lever you allow.
advancedFinishes 3+ days early
Spare room on that line — capacity you can borrow.
Advanced strips show where delayed work can move to without making anything else late.
material riskSewing starts before fabric is ready
The simulated start lands before the PCD (cut date).
Even a strip that finishes early is flagged — an early finish doesn't make fabric arrive sooner. Only a real delay outranks this warning.

Finishes on or just before the ship date, fabric ready.
Leave it alone. The optimizer never touches a strip unless moving it genuinely improves the plan.

STEP 2 Choose your levers

You decide what the optimizer is allowed to do.

Everything is off by default — the first scan shows your plan exactly as it is. Switch on only the levers you'd accept on your floor:

Prioritize urgency
Earliest ship date sews first on each line.
Keep running style first
Whatever is live on the line today keeps the front of the queue — no mid-style changeover.
Same style / category per line
Cluster identical work together to hold efficiency.
Respect PCD
No strip starts before its fabric cut date.
Propose WH increase
Extra hours only on the late order's own days — never the whole line.
Split strip if necessary
Keep what ships on time, move the remainder to another line.
Move scope
Within line only · same floor · same BU · or floors you pick.
Use model data
Send each category to the line your own history says sews it best.
